We originally established the company almost 30 years ago under the banner of MCI Estates, but in more recently times the company was re-branded as London Property Investments. Whilst the property market has witnessed many changes since our formation, we have continually strived to maintain the highest standards of service and to this day we still act on behalf of many of our original clients. Indeed we are very proud to say that our clients have become very good friends and we have never lost a client to another firm!
Our core business has always been in assisting private overseas, expatriate and UK investors to acquire property in London and the UK and our clients are based all over the world in countries such as Hong Kong, Japan, Qatar, New Zealand, Spain, Ireland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Brunei etc. In addition we also act for a number of UK based private investors, property companies and family trusts.
